·         All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the end of your current service cycle.

·         Requests made after this period will be considered for the next service cycle.


Refund Policy

·         We strive to offer high-quality services tailored to client needs. In the event that you are not fully satisfied, a refund may be processed after careful assessment of the concern raised.

·         If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

·         For payments made via a payment gateway, the refund will be processed back to the same account.

·         Please allow 4–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
