days before the end of your current service cycle.

Requests made after this period will be considered for the next
service cycle.
Refund Policy

the event that you are not fully satisfied, a refund may be processed
after careful assessment of the concern raised.

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment
method used during the transaction.

For payments made via a payment gateway, the refund will be processed
back to the same account.
